Flying?

Fly into Vancouver International airport. For $60cdn we will provide transportation to and from Whistler. Plan your arrival for the first day of camp before 4 pm. If it is possible, try to arrive as close to 12pm as possible. This is when most people arrive and the closer everyone arrives together the less waiting for everyone.?Our van driver, Marc, will meet you at arrivals with a sign saying “Glacier Snowboard Camp”. He will have your name and flight information so everything will go very smoothly.?If you can not arrive before 4 pm, no problem, call us to make alternate plans.

Plan your departue for the final day of camp no earlier than 10:30 am. We will be arriving back at the airport at or before 8:45 am. Marc will make sure you make your plane.
Need a ride from Vancouver?

For $60 cdn we will meet you at the Airport at 3pm at international arrivals on the first day of camp (or contact us and we will make another specific meeting time to your convenience). We will return you to the airport at  9am on the last day of camp.

Driving?

We will send you a map to the Glacier Lodge. You may arrive anytime past 3 pm on the first day of camp. Try to arrive before 6 pm as we have a welcome party at 6:30 and it is nice to settle in first.
Camp will be all wrapped up by 5:30 pm on the 2nd last day of camp. you may leave then or stay untill the next morning with the other campers.
